The rate includes

• the use of sun chairs and umbrellas at the pool;
• access to the beach (500 mt far);
• private parking;
• inside the villas the use of T.V., safe, hair-drier, drying rack, iron.

The rate does not include

• the use of telephone, baby-cot, air conditioning, washing-machine and drying-machine;
• On request you can rent bicycles, cars, motor-cycles;
• you can make excursions, ask for transfers, taxis, baby-sitting, hair-dresser;
• We even deliver you pizza!
